I normally review the resolution for a year at the end of the year but this year a little bit exception. I was 4 month behind writing the new year resolution and I am pretty much sure I will be late to write a year end review as well. Hence writing a mid year review now in end of November. In audit we normally do hard close audit at 11 month of the financial year to check if there is any adjustment required which can be done by the year end. So my blog will help me to adjust the unattained resolution by end of one month remaining.
01. Have a vacation in a new place with my entire family.
[Checked. Wend to Saudi Arabia with full family]
02. Be more connected with relatives and professional network.
[In progress. Increased professional networking but reduced family connections.]
03. Conduct training sessions/ professional discussion sessions.
[Checked. Facilitated international training sessions for Audit Seniors of EY India Practice.]
04. Read at least 15 books.
[In progress. I think I have read 3 till now. Expecting to finish few more. But 15 may be unattainable at this point.]
05. Write at least 50 blogs.
[In progress. 7 blogs with this one. But writing 50 may be too much at this point. I am sure I have not written 50 status in Facebook & twitter combined.]
06. Have a tour riding bicycle.
[In progress. Still in planning May be sometime by mid of next month.]
07. Travel places within and outside country.
[Outside country, Checked! but within country, In progress!]
08. Do and learn something new.
[In progress. I planned for learning Robotic Process Automation (RPA) but was not able to make time for it.]
09. Read Holy Quran at least once a week.
[Didn’t happen as planned. But I read and recited on regular interval. Need to improve the practice though.]
10. Make new investments.
[Still looking for good opportunities.]

It appears that only 2/10 has been attained so far. 8 more need to be achieved by next 30 days. December is going to be an busy month. hoping for the best.
